This work package focuses on <\/span>dissemination, communication, exploitation, standardisation, and innovation management<\/strong> for the SPICE project. Key objectives include:<\/span><\/div>\n

    Developing a dissemination and communication strategy<\/strong> to share SPICE concepts, developments, and findings with key actors and integrate their feedback.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Identifying exploitation potential<\/strong> of project results and assessing market outlook<\/strong> and techno-economic feasibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Managing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)<\/strong> efficiently and continuously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Analyzing the innovation potential<\/strong> of SPICE and participating in standardisation activities<\/strong>, providing policy recommendations<\/strong> on complex data solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Task 12.1 \u2013 Dissemination, Communication and Project Branding <\/strong><\/h3>\n

    This task covers communication and dissemination activities<\/strong> throughout the project. Key activities include:<\/p>\n

      Developing a Dissemination and Communication Plan<\/strong> (M06).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Creating the SPICE visual identity and promo kit<\/strong> (brand guidelines, templates, logo variants).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Designing and animating the SPICE website and social media channels<\/strong> (splash page M02, full website M04).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Producing promotional materials<\/strong> (brochures, slides, posters, banners, GIFs, videos).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Publishing newsletters and regular project updates<\/strong> through the SPICE website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n

      Task 12.2 \u2013 Networking, Ecosystem Engagement and Cross-Fertilisation <\/strong><\/h3>\n

      This task strengthens SPICE\u2019s European network<\/strong> by collaborating with initiatives such as AIOTI, BDVA, IDSA, EOSC<\/strong>. Activities include:<\/p>\n

        Co-organizing joint large-scale initiatives<\/strong> to strengthen technical collaboration and support pilot demonstrations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Promoting complex data pipeline applications<\/strong> beyond the SPICE consortium.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Leveraging synergies with EU and international projects<\/strong> (H2020 ICT-13-2018-19, Horizon Europe Cluster 4, Gaia-X, EOSC).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Engaging academia, industry, standardisation bodies<\/strong>, and Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs)<\/strong> to expand project impact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Task 12.3 \u2013 Standardisation Activities and Policy Recommendations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        This task defines the SPICE standardisation strategy<\/strong> by analyzing the standardisation potential of key innovations. Activities include:<\/p>\n

        • \n

          Mapping innovations to standardisation objectives<\/strong> and submitting proposals to forums like W3C, ETSI, UNESCE, OpenID, FIDO, ENISA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Monitoring relevant standards organisations<\/strong> and ensuring partner contributions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Assigning CTIC as Standardisation Manager (SM)<\/strong> and involving UIBK in WCI<\/strong> for distributed workflows and pipelines networking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n

          Task 12.4 \u2013 Business and Exploitation Planning<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          This task focuses on exploitation planning<\/strong> across three areas:<\/p>\n

            Exploiting individual partners\u2019 results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          2. \n

            Exploiting SPICE\u2019s legal aspects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Exploiting SPICE outputs collectively<\/strong> as a shared business line.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Activities include:<\/p>\n

              Assessing and mapping all SPICE outputs<\/strong>, including partner IPRs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Developing final exploitation plans<\/strong> and a business model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Creating a business and financial plan<\/strong> to ensure SPICE\u2019s sustainability beyond the project duration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Task 12.5 \u2013 Innovation and IPR Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              This task ensures protection and valorisation of SPICE results<\/strong>. Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
