Work packages 1&2

The coordinator will set up a Project Office for daily operations, and a Project Management Board will address strategic and ethical aspects, convening every 6 months. An Executive Committee, comprising WP leaders and key implementers, will meet biweekly (telco) to oversee SPICE component development. Additionally, an External Experts Advisory Board will be formed, engaging external experts in cloud/edge computing, data processing, workflow orchestration, and ethical concerns, providing feedback on consortium presentations and documentation. 

This includes various duties, such as Day-to-day coordination, Administrative and financial coordination, Data management, quality and risk management.
